Winter Wonderland – Guest Information

Where is the show? Winter Wonderland (the name of the show) is presented in our Experiential Holiday Theater as part of our holiday event. The theater and all pre-show activities are located in the new Le Théâtre Pop-Up space, next to The Crayola Experience at The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano. We’re on the first floor between the former Macy’s and Neiman Marcus.

Does the ticket price include the other activities? Yes! Tickets include the live show, all pre-show activities, and free parking.

What is the theater address? 6121 W. Park Blvd, Plano, TX 75093. (Located next to The Crayola Experience inside The Shops at Willow Bend.

Is there parking and where? Yes—FREE parking! We recommend parking in the lower-level garage at Crayola Experience, entering from the west side off Park Blvd. Guests will use the same entrance as Crayola Experience.

Are there restrooms nearby? Yes, restrooms are conveniently located near the theater entrance.

Are there food outlets nearby? Yes. The theater offers light concessions including drinks, popcorn, and candy.For full meals, there are many restaurants surrounding the shopping mall, though food options inside the mall are more limited.

How long does the whole event last? Guests typically spend about 90+ minutes at our event. We allow a 2-hour window for each program, accommodating up to 150 guests per show. The pre-show activities are self-guided and last about 30 minutes. The live Winter Wonderland performance runs approximately 1 hour. Afterward, families may enjoy the Behind-the-Scenes Tour, Prize Redemption, and visit our Gift Shop featuring a Teddy Bear Stuffing Station.

Are outside food and drinks allowed? No, outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the theater.

Are strollers allowed? Yes, but not inside the theater. A designated stroller parking area is available. Please note: child carriers and bulky items are not allowed inside the theater due to fire and safety regulations.

Are infants and toddlers allowed in the theater? Yes. However, any child (or adult!) who becomes upset or disruptive will be kindly asked to step into the lobby area to ensure all guests enjoy the show.

Is there a concession stand? Yes. Our concession area serves soft drinks, popcorn, and candy, all of which may be taken into the theater.

What ages is the event best suited for? The event is designed for families and children of all ages, though children under 3 may be frightened by certain lighting or special effects. Please remember: this is a live theater performance, and guests are asked to remain seated and quiet during the show.

Who produced the show?
Winter Wonderland was first created in 2009 as part of the Holly Jolly Christmas Show by Le Théâtre de Marionette. It has since been expanded and adapted for our large stage and now features over 40 handcrafted marionettes, puppets, animations, and costumed characters. -
Is the event indoors? Yes! The entire experience is indoors and climate-controlled.

Are there any discounts? Yes. We offer discounted tickets for active and retired military, first responders, and educators.

Is this the same puppet company that performed at NorthPark and peforms at the State Fair of Texas? Yes! We are the same award-winning company known for our performances at NorthPark Center and the State Fair of Texas and a roster presenter on The Texas Commission on the Arts.

Are shows only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday? Yes, currently performances are held Friday through Sunday, with additional shows planned the week of Christmas (based on demand).

Will my teenagers enjoy the show? Our productions are crafted to appeal to all ages, but Winter Wonderland is especially magical for children who still believe in the wonder of Christmas and Santa!

Can I buy tickets and drop off my kids? No. Please remember, this is a family theater experience, and we are not a licensed daycare center. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration.

Is the theater only open for Christmas? We’re currently open for the holiday season, but we plan to introduce new shows and seasonal productions beginning in January.
