Health and Safety

The COVID-19 pandemic has required all event promotors to raise cleanliness standards to a higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances. These protocols will continue to adapt to current needs, in consultation with federal, state and local authorities and health experts.

Frequent Cleaning

We are implementing stringent daily cleaning procedures that are focused on high touch areas including tables, handles, and seating.

Event Stations

We have adapted our events to allow for partitioned work spaces and controlled activity zones for children.

Hand Hygiene

We will provide sanitizing stations at entrance and throughout the event path for our guests.

Timed Entry

This is a staggered time entry event. Guests are admitted in controlled groups to allow individual spacing and distancing with others.

Staffing Safety

Our event staff is required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccinations. All events take social distancing measures into account when executing.

Face Masks

Guests who are unvaccinated are asked to wear face coverings at all times while inside the event. Masks are provided at no charge to all who wish to voluntarily wear.
