What ages are the shows and events geared?

Peppermint Park is designed for all ages and families with the focus age being 3 - 12 years of age. Many of the shows and activities are designed for those who believe in the magic of Santa.   This year (2019), we've added new park features that appeal to teens including an Escape Room, Miniature Golf, additional games, a scavenger type hunt and 2 shows geared to the teen demographic.

 

Is it outside?

Yes, Peppermint Park is outside.  Part of the charm and magic of this event is the outdoors environment, which is beautifully lit with holiday lighting.

 

What age do you charge?

We charge for children 3 and older.  Any ticketed events inside the park require coupons, regardless of age.​

What happens if the park closes for inclement weather?

We allow ticket exchanges if the park closes due to rain, snow, sleet or extreme cold ( below 38*) to return on any other day or night of operation.

What's the refund policy?

We allow ticket exchanges for other available dates but we do not issue refunds.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We accept electronic ticketing as well as printed tickets.   Please bring your smart phone ticket or printed receipt to the Peppermint Park Ticket Booth for entry.

What type of food and drinks are served inside Peppermint Park?

Inside Peppermint Park, we serve cocoa, cold and hot drinks and holiday style concession items.   The Hilton Anatole hotel has several interior food outlets that serve meals, sandwiches and prepared food items.    Adult beverages are also available.

 

How long should we plan to stay?

Peppermint Park has several shows, games, and other activities.  The park is designed to hold the attention of children for up to 4 hours.  It takes a full 4 hours to experience everything.  Please plan to arrive early to park and enjoy all the activities including our ceremonial Tree Lighting at 5:30 PM.

 

Where do we park?

We recommend LOT #4 or LOT #5 on the west side of the hotel.  There is complimentary parking in LOT 5 (adjacent Wycliff Avenue).  Valet parking is also available at the Tower entrance.   Parking is managed by Towne Park, an outside vendor and rates usually start at $15.  We have no affiliation with parking company or their parking rates.
