Cancellations and Refunds

Per the Eventbrite agreement and purchase policy, we ONLY offer refunds for duplicate ticket purchases or if the event is cancelled.   This is a live-show event with limited seating and attendance.    Just like a live concert or theater, your tickets are your entry and start time.   Missing the event is forfeiting the value of the tickets.

We do not offer refunds due to schedule changes, illness, weather, change of plans, emergencies or other personal reasons.   As a vendor with Hilton, your ticket purchase is unrelated to room reservations or other Hilton gratuities or credits.   This event and production company is a separate entity from Hilton Hotels.    We try to make every alternative entry accommodation to those who contact us with challenges at least 48 hours before the event.

  1. Do you offer refunds? Something changed in our schedule (or we must cancel due to a health concern.  i.e. Covid related exposure or testing positive.) Per the Eventbrite policy established at time of your ticket purchase,  we offer full refunds 30 days before the event, and 'ticket exchange only' with a 7 day advance notice.   Tickets which are 'no show' or 'late arrivals' forfeit the ticket value, just as a concert ticket not used has lost its full value.   If we receive notification at least 48 hours before the event due to family emergency or illness (Covid Exposure), we may offer a value credit to a future Summer or Holiday event-subject to availability.  This is an event voucher - not a Hilton Hotel Voucher.  This decision is based on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to limit the value transfer to future events. Please remember this is a reservation timed entry event and like a concert or other live event, your purchase and reservation time does not allow late arrivals, exchange or refund if you do not attend at your scheduled entry time.  We will allow transfers to others with your written permission.

  2. How do future credit vouchers work? If you are unable to attend the event at your scheduled time and we cannot arrange an alternative entry time, we may allow a 12 month credit voucher for the ticket price paid to our future summer/holiday events. This does not apply to no-shows or last minute cancellations.   We require a 2-day notice for advance credit vouchers. Please email info@ltdment.com for request for future ticket voucher along with the reason for this request.

  3. I forgot to use my promo code.   Can I get a refund?  We are unable to offer any refund or credits for promo codes not used PROPERLY at time of ticket purchase.  The event system and Eventbrite do not offer partial credits to ticket payments.
